These consolidated bankruptcy appeals arise out of the third attempt by A&G *513Goldman Partnership and Pamela Goldman (the “Appellants” or “Goldman Parties”) to side step a permanent injunction entered by the bankruptcy court in 2011 in connection -with its approval of a $7.2 billion settlement between the Trustee of Bernard L.
