Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Aiello, J.), rendered July 20, 1984, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, assault in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

Contrary to the defendant’s contention, the court did not err in refusing to give the requested "Daniels-type” charge on identification (see, People v Daniels, 88 AD2d 392; 1 CJI[NY] 10.01 part A). Because the defendant was known to the two witnesses that…
