*9071. Ramirez as a legal parent. Della Corte claims that, despite the fact that she and Ramirez were married when the child was bom, Ramirez is not the child’s legal parent because Ramirez is not the biological parent of the child and the couple was not married at the time of conception. We disagree. Della Corte places a high value on the obvious fact that Ramirez is not, and could not be, the biological father of the child.
