NEUMAN, Justice.
The Committee on Professional Ethics and Conduct of the Iowa State Bar Association (committee) charged that attorney Judith M. O’Donohoe intentionally falsified a warranty deed in order to obtain a fraudulent advantage for her client. A division of the Grievance Commission (commission) heard the evidence in support of the claim and found the committee failed to prove that O’Donohoe willfully violated the Code *167of Professional Responsibility.
