The underlying litigation is a dispute over insurance coverage. Appellant, State Farm Lloyds (“State Farm”), filed this accelerated appeal on “a controlling question of law as to which there is a substantial ground for difference of opinion” pursuant to the version of Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code section 51.014(d) in effect in 2010.
