Joseph Anna, the decedent, was a farmer in the town of New Hartford for more than thirty-five years. He died March 5, 1926, when upwards of seventy years of age. His wife had then been dead for some seven years. At the time of his death, the proponent, Edith Roberts, styling herself Edith Anna, was living with him as his wife although she had a husband from whom* she had never been ■ divorced.
