Charles A. “Z” Buda, Mayor of the City of Morristown, Gale Jarnigan, Sheriff of Hamblen County, and Ayers Porter, Jr., Chairman of the Hamblen County Quarterly Court, instituted malicious prosecution actions against Cassel Bros., Inc. as a result of the filing of a counterclaim against them in a civil proceeding in the United States District Court at Greeneville.
