DECISION AND ORDER ON DEBTOR’S MOTION TO APPROVE SETTLEMENT

Before the present bankruptcy ease was filed, four share-holder lawsuits were filed against debtor in October and November, 1995, in the U.S. District Court for this district. The four separate lawsuits were consolidated into a single class action. The nature of the claims asserted was for violation of provisions of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and for violations of the common law of negligent misrepresentation and fraud in connection with the sale of debtor’s…
