CAMPBELL, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court upon a report of the Special Master recommending the approval of a plan of reorganization filed by the trustee and the disapproval of a plan submitted by the debtor in a proceeding for its reorganization under Chapter X of the Bankruptcy Act, as amended, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq. On *995April 30, 1942, debtor filed its petition for reorganization herein which was duly approved as properly filed in good faith, and debtor continued in possession of its property until July 20, 1943 at which time an order was entered appointing as trustee…
