MEMORANDUM OPINION
BERNARD MARKOVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
Presently before the Court is the Debt- or’s Motion To Determine Balance Owed To Concord-Liberty Savings And Loan Association (“Concord”). The Court must determine whether co-Respondents, Ann Si-lipigni and Frank Suffoletta (hereinafter “Pledgors”) are secured creditors, pursuant to both the doctrine of equitable subro-gation, as codified in 11 U.S.C. § 509, and the Pennsylvania Uniform Commercial Code, 13 Pa.C.S.A. § 9101 et seq.
