MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
A.D. KAHN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Plaintiff-Debtor filed the above-styled adversary complaint to determine the dis-chargeability of a debt pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(5). The debt in question arises out of a Judgment on Jury Verdict signed by the Superior Court of Dekalb County, State of Georgia on June 3, 1985, nunc pro tunc May 14, 1985.
