FOLLMER, District Judge.

Plaintiffs are residents of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; defendant is a Connecticut corporation with its principal office in New York, New York. Defendant is not registered with the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a foreign corporation authorized to transact business in Pennsylvania. This suit is for breach of warranty involving a product manufactured and marketed by defendant and applied by a beauty shop in Philadelphia, in the bleaching of plaintiff Grace Convery’s, hair which resulted in certain alleged injuries to said plaintiff.
