Appellants brought suit in chancery court seeking to enforce an alleged oral contract from 1974 between appellants’ mother, Sarah Abraham Klerekoper, and their aunt, Frances Abraham. The substance of the alleged oral contract was that appellants’ mother gave her share of appellants’ grandfather’s estate to appellants’ aunt, Frances Abraham, with the understanding that Frances would leave her estate to Sarah Abraham Klerekoper’s children, the appellants herein.
