This matter is before the Court on the Plaintiffs Motion for Summary Judgment (“Motion”) to declare the Plaintiffs claim excepted from discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A),1 and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 56, made applicable to this adversary proceeding by Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure 7056.
