On March 19, 1984, the Michigan National Bank of Detroit (MNBD or Bank) filed with this court a Motion to Disqualify Debtor’s Counsel, to Deny All Future Compensation and to Require the Disgorgement of Past Compensation. In light of the fact that a potentially lengthy trial on the Bank’s motion for relief from stay has been scheduled to begin on April 2, 1984, counsel for the debtor requested that the disqualification motion be heard on an expedited basis.
