I. INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Demetrius Manee bought a new Mercedes-Benz automobile. As it turns out, the car had many problems, so, after numerous failed attempts to fix it, Mr. Manee sued Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC (“Mercedes-Benz”), the car’s manufacturer, for violation of the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Cal.
