DECISION GRANTING DEBTOR’S MOTION TO ADD CREDITOR
ARTHUR N. YOTOLATO, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
Heard on the debtor’s motion to amend his schedules to include a judgment debt to one Americo Figliuzzi in the amount of $1,187, and on that creditor’s objection to the proposed amendment.
The debt in question 1 relates to an automobile accident in July 1981 involving motor vehicles owned by Galvin (the debtor), Ludovico Sergicuomo, and (with hindsight) Americo Figliuzzi.
