DECISION DENYING MOTION TO REOPEN AND DECLARING DEBTS NONDISCHARGEABLE

On July 15, 1985, Robert E. Gray filed a motion to reopen his bankruptcy case for the purpose of amending Schedule A-3 1 to include two unsecured creditors, John DiStefano and Thomas Scotti. DiStefano and Scotti object to the reopening, and to being added as creditors. After hearing on December 12, 1985, the matter was taken under advisement.
