On April 21, 2009, plaintiff The Clorox Company (“Clorox”) filed a complaint in this district seeking injunctive relief against defendant S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. (“SCJ”) pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. 1 (Dock et # 1). In the complaint, Clorox alleges that SCJ is threatening to misappropriate and may have already misappropriated Clorox’s trade secrets by hiring away a Clorox executive, in violation of Wisconsin’s Uniform Trade Secrets Act, Wis.
