This is an appeal from a decree overruling a demurrer to a bill which both parties designate as a bill in the nature of a bill of review.

The decree in question was rendered on January 23, 1954, whereby this appellant was complainant in a suit for divorce against this appellee. That decree granted the divorce to appellant on the ground of voluntary abandonment; but the decree makes no mention of alimony nor of a property settlement made by the parties dated the day before the decree.
