I dissent and would affirm the orders of the Appellate Division in the Gas Company and the Airlines cases, and reverse the order in the Hospital case and annul the determination.
The General Elec. Co. case, decided recently by the United States Supreme Court (General Elec. Co. v Gilbert, 429 US 125), of course, is not determinative or even influential in consideration of the issues in these appeals.
