Morgan’s Foods, Inc., (appellant) appeals from a final order entered in the District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri denying appellant’s motion to reconsider sanctions imposed against it and its outside counsel for failure to participate in good faith in court-ordered alternate dispute resolution (ADR) and imposing additional sanctions for vexatiously increasing the costs of litigation.
