The parties’ documents were read in connection with petitioner’s requested relief to declare null and void each nomination for village office of the Village of Sleepy Hollow arising from the Democratic Party Caucus, to wit: the mayor and three trustees as reflected in the certificate of nomination signed and dated January 22, 2015, and other relief in connection therewith.
