— This is a workmen’s compensation, case arising out of the death of plaintiff’s husband, Albert J. Barz. Mr. Barz died April 6, .1960. At the .time of his. death he was an employee of Lyle J. Oler. The death arose in the course of Mr. Barz’s Employment and the only question ■ is whether the death arose out. of conditions pertaining to the employment.- At the time of his death the employee was repairing a pump system- on a farm. - Pie. became suddenly ill, and died in an ambulance en route to a hospital in Mason City.
