Sofran Peachtree City, LLC (Sofran), plaintiff below, appeals the trial court’s denial of its motion for summary judgment and the grant of summary judgment to defendant Peachtree City Holdings, LLC (PCH) as to PCH’s right to enforce a no-building restriction on cer tain real property. We affirm.
