Brown v. Gatti

Plaintiffs, Timothy M. Brown, M.D. (Brown), and Timothy M. Brown, M.D., P.C. (collectively, Brown plaintiffs), filed a defamation action against the following defendants: (1) Daniel J. Gatti (Gatti), who is a lawyer; (2) Gatti, Gatti, Maier, Krueger & Associates; Gatti, Gatti, Maier, Krueger, Sayer & Associates; and Gatti & Gatti, P.C.
