MEMORANDUM
JAMES N. GABRIEL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court is the Motion for Dismissal of Chapter 11 Petition or, in the Alternative, for Relief from Stay filed by Yankee Bank for Finance & Savings, FSB (“Yankee Bank”) on August 1, 1986. Park West Hotel Corp. (the “Debt- or”) filed an objection to the motion on August 6, 1986. Yankee Bank subsequently filed, on August 15, 1986, a Motion for Reconsideration of Order Denying Motion to Dismiss and Request for Immediate Relief from the Automatic Stay.
