The appellee, McIlroy Bank and Trust, filed a foreclosure suit against the appellants, alleging that appellants were in default on six separate promissory notes due and payable to the appellee. The appellants are Ben Hunt, Jeanne Hunt, George Brown and Coweta Brown, all of whom were doing business at S.B.H. Farms.
