FACTS

The plaintiff in this case, Edward G. Mumford, has filed suit against the defendant, Jill A. Dietrich-Gilden, Esq., for defamation, invasion of privacy, and punitive damages. The plaintiff has also brought an action against Ms. Dietrich-Gilden’s employer, Stetler and Gribbin, Attorneys at Law, for those same claims, but instead basing them on the theory of respondent superior, and adding the claim of negligent supervision.
