Plaintiffs, identified as “ImagePoint, Inc., and ImagePoint, Inc., by James R. Martin, Secured Creditor,” have brought this action against JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association (“JPM”) for various claims arising out of a contract ImagePoint had entered into with JPM for the provision of certain services and materials.
