Appellant Earnest M. Criddle Jr. appeals the judgment of the Phillips County Circuit Court convicting him of one count of aggravated robbery. This case was certified to us from the Arkansas Court of Appeals; hence, our jurisdiction is pursuant to Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 1 -2(d).
