BROWN, Judge.

Luis Palacios appeals his conviction for domestic battery as a class D felony.1 Pa-lacios raises three issues, which we revise and restate as follows:

I. Whether Palacios was denied the effective assistance of trial counsel; and

II. Whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain Palacios's conviction for domestic battery.

We affirm.
