In a trial before members, Appellant pled not guilty to all charges and specifications. Nevertheless, he was convicted of violating two separate lawful general regulations (four specifications), rape (one specification), assault consummated by a battery (two specifications), indecent assault (three specifications), and communicating indecent language to another (two specifications), in violation of Articles 92, 120, 128, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice [hereinafter UCMJ], 10 U.S.C. §§ 892, 920, 928, and 934 (Supp. II 1990).
