Plaintiffs appeal from the dismissal, for lack of jurisdiction, of their motion to reinstate a civil suit. The complaint for property damage and personal injuries arising out of an automobile collision was filed on July 10, 1990, and a settlement was apparently reached between plaintiffs and the claims adjuster for defendants’ insurance company. On August 23, 1990, an order of dismissal was entered by the trial court finding that “the foregoing cause of action has been fully compromised, settled and released, and the same is hereby…
