[¶ 1] Frances E. Yates appeals from a divorce judgment entered in the Superior Court (Knox County, Studstrup, J.). She challenges the Superior Court’s interpretation of a premarital agreement, and contends that the court erred when it denied her motion to amend the judgment to award her the parties’ 1999 state income tax refund.
