Tonetti, J.), rendered De*480cember 2, 1986, convicting defendant after a jury trial of murder in the second degree and rape in the first degree, for which he was sentenced to concurrent terms of 25 years to life, and 8 Vi to 25 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
