STERLING HUTCHESON, District Judge.

This suit was brought by the plaintiff, Mrs. Edna Mae Eubanks, a resident of Greenville, South Carolina, against the Louisiana-Mississippi Pipeline Construction Company of North Carolina, Incorporated, and Piedmont Natural Gas Company, Incorporated, both of which corporations are residents of other states. *523The court has jurisdiction under the diversity statute.

The corporations will be referred to as La.-Miss. and Piedmont, respectively.
