— On November 12, 1895, appellee filed a claim against the estate of appellant’s decedent *41for rent had and received by decedent for a house and lot in Greensburg, Ind., from February 3, 1882, to Ma,rch 15, 1884, at $10.00 per month; and for rent for house, stable and garden in Richland, Ind., from March 17, 1886, to August 14, 1894, at $8.00 per month, making in all about $1,200.00. On January 30, 1896, appellee filed a second claim as follows: “January 8, 1869.
