Lewis v. Bauer

The appellant, Ethel Lewis, on July 19,1960, instituted this action against Marie Bauer, appellee, in the Common Pleas Court of Gallia County to recover damages for the alienation of her husband’s affections by the appellee. The parties will be referred to herein as the plaintiff and defendant in the same relation they appeared in the Common Pleas Court.
