— This is an action of trespass to try title, with petition in the statutory form, in which the land sued for is described as follows: “A part of league and labor No. 39 of King’s block of surveys on East Fork of Trinity River, situated in Kaufman County, beginning at stake in bottom in line between league and labor No. 39 and 40, from which a double elm 12 in. dia. brs.
