The respondent, Harvey Goldstein, was admitted to the Illinois bar on November 17, 1952. In August of 1981, the Administrator of the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission filed a two-count complaint with the Commission’s Hearing Board charging respondent with professional misconduct tending to defeat the administration of justice and bring the legal profession into disrepute.
