| Jhis disciplinary matter arises from formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (“ODC”) against respondents, Daniel James Stanford and John Kevin Stockstill, attorneys licensed to practice law in Louisiana.

UNDERLYING FACTS
