Appellant ITT Commercial Finance Corporation (“ITT”) appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia (the “District Court”) granting Appellee Virginia Dilkes leave to file a proof of claim after the time set by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia (the “Bankruptcy Court”) within which all proofs of claims were to be filed (the “bar date”).
