Plaintiff appeals as of right from an order granting summary disposition in favor of defendant on the ground that plaintiffs action was time-barred. We reverse.

Defendant is a psychiatrist whose patients include subscribers of plaintiff, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan, which provides prepaid medical benefits.
