OPINION
DALLY, Judge.
This is an appeal from a conviction for murder. The punishment is imprisonment for life.
Appellant contends that the trial court erred in admitting in evidence a tape recording of a telephone conversation between appellant and a police dispatcher, the handle of a fishing rod seized during a warrantless search of his apartment, a statement which was the fruit of the allegedly unlawful search, and enlarged photographs of the murder victim.
