Summary
A.S.W. was born in 1998. A.S.W.’s biological father suffered a brain injury after a fall at work in 2000 and was admitted to a rehabilitation clinic for therapy. In 2001, the juvenile officer filed a petition alleging that A.S.W. was in need of care and treatment and that the “father of the juvenile is inappropriate for placement due to disability.” The court entered a consent judgment, order, and finding of jurisdiction.
