This is an appeal from a judgment determining the distribution of the estate of Edward H. Conitz. This appeal was brought by plaintiff’s brother and next friend, William F. Hafferman. Plaintiff, Leona M. Conitz, wife of the deceased, is presently a patient at the Warm Springs State Hospital.
