The appellant is a corporation engaged in the transportation of mobile bornes and has authority to operate interstate in all states and intrastate authority in 35 states. It made application to the Arkansas Commerce Commission for authority to. operate intrastate as a common carrier by motor vehicle, trailers in initial and secondary movements, the initial movement being defined as the movement of a trailer from point of assembly or manufacture to a dealer, and secondary movement covers all other movements.
