The appellee, Fred O. Nelson, by his bill in equity filed in the circuit court of Kane county, alleging that he had been induced by false and fraudulent representations of the Daniel Hayes Company of Idaho to convey his farm of 150 acres in St. Charles township, in Kane county, to Louis L. Lane, an agent of that company, and to take a lease of the farm from Lane, prayed the court to set aside his deed and subsequent deeds from Lane to H. M. Lipman and from Lipman to the appellant, M.
