OPINION
WOODLEY, Presiding Judge.
This is an appeal from an order revoking probation. The sole question to be decided by this court in such cases is whether the trial judge abused his discre*54tion in revoking probation previously granted.
On November 30, 1965, appellant entered a plea of guilty to an indictment charging him with violation of Art. 1436b Vernon’s Ann.P.C. enacted by the 47th Legislature (Acts 1941, Ch. 490, p. 788), approved and effective June 13, 1941.1
